Returns

Return/Exchange Policy:
We hope you love everything you have purchased, but if something does not work out, we will except Returns for Refund within 15 days of the original purchase and Returns for Exchange within 30 days of the original purchase with the following conditions:
*Return for an exchange:
Exchanges are allowed within 30days of your original purchase. If an exchange is needed, please visit our shop location during our pop up hours or email us and  make sure to include the following:
Order Number
Item(s) Being Exchanged
Item you would like to Exchange for
Reason for Exchange
Once we receive your exchange email, we will confirm availability of exchange item and provide mailing instructions.   Shipping cost on returns for exchange will be at buyers expense.
*Return for a refund:
Refunds are allowed within 15 days of the original order/purchase date.
-Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. 
-Returns will be issued by original form of payment for merchandise returned in its original condition, with price tag attached.
-Merchandise must not be worn, washed or altered.
-Items must be returned in its original packaging.
- Shoes must be returned in their original shoe box.
-Undergarments and swimwear should be tried on over underclothing, ensuring that the protective hygiene strip remains in place and intact.
-Sale merchandise is final sale and is not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit online or in store.
*To send a return:
Send back the return yourself, using whichever shipping method you prefer to the address provided. OR if you are local and want to drop off, contact us for drop off information at info@jkkidssupply.com.
*When mailing a return:
Please insure your items are securely packaged. We are not responsible for items that are lost or damaged during their return.
Please provide your original receipt with your name and order number on it. Send returns to the following address:

*You will be emailed when we've processed your return.
Returns that do not meet our eligibility requirements will be sent back.
